We appreciate the need for retired people to maintain their independence however benefit from living within a secure managed environment. Our approach to designing and developing attractive purpose built accommodation allows residents to enjoy a good quality stress free life without the worry of building maintenance or management issues. 

Our designs embrace a home for life approach built to cater for peoples changing needs throughout their lives. Some of our developments provide continuing care via a care and support provider and may include a specialist care facility should residents require nursing or dementia care.

Where possible working closely with colleagues at Larkfleet Land we include retirement community developments within mixed use urban extensions. This provides residents with greater interaction with the surrounding development allowing them to be part of a larger community benefiting from easy access to facilities, such as medical centres, shops and community facilities.
