The company was established by Giles Nursey and Karl Hick to focus on the Primary Care, Elderly Care and Retirement Living development. The focus on these markets has come about having identified a clear need for a developer to posses the necessary skills and technical knowledge to deliver diverse Healthcare and Retirement Living development.
Many of our developments include a combination of healthcare uses which provides both development and operational benefits to our clients. In addition our Group structure provides direct control over the management and delivery of design and construction which allows us to surpass expectations.
