Our Elderly Care division specialises in the development, design and construction of Elderly Care accommodation with particular emphasis on nursing/dementia care and extra care projects. We provide turnkey solutions from acquiring land, obtaining planning permission, fit out and assisting in the commissioning/registration process. Our nursing/dementia care operator clients have the option of purchasing or leasing their premises. Our extra care developments are delivered working in partnership with Registered Housing Providers, Local Authorities and Homes and Community Agency (HCA). The Larkfleet Group benefits from investment partner status with the HCA.
